Lancaster University is planning to significantly reduce its carbon footprint with the installation of two wind turbines.
The university has completed its community consultations and the planning application was submitted to Lancaster City Council on Friday 15th January 2010. The formal planning process has begun and a decision on the application will be announced at the end of April.
