Supporters' Guides
If you haven't got much experience of working for something you want to see in your community, it can be quite intimidating. There's lots of different things to consider, which is why we've put together a series of guides to help you show your support for renewable energy where you live.
On the left below 'Attachments' you'll find:
- A guide to setting up a street stall - a great way to demonstrate support!
- A guide to submitting comments on a planning application for a renewable energy development. Remember, you can also use the Action for Renewables site to write to chairs of planning committees and planning chiefs.
- A guide to attending planning meetings
- A guide to complaining to the ASA about incorrect information being distributed by anti-wind protestors- you can see an example of a successful complaint here.
We've also put up some leaflets & material you can use to support wind projects specifically - we're putting together similar info for other technologies.
