Hi, I'm Claire, I'm studying for a PhD at Strathclyde Wind Energy Doctoral Training Centre.

I've been involved in Climate Change campaigning for around 5 years now, and massively want to make a difference to the future of the UK and the world through promoting renewable energy, particularly wind.

The government targets are ambitious - but are they ambitious enough, and will the government follow words with actions and necessary funding, or will promises be empty like so many others? I strongly believe it's up to us (the general public - campaigners and activists) to keep the pressure on to safeguard the future of our planet for the next generations.
