Launching our Sea Power Campaign!

Embrace is launching a campaign to prevent the decline of British Sea Power - marine energy, that is, not battleships!

The new wave & tidal industry developing in the waters around the UK could yet supply 15-20% of our electricity and employ 10,000 people by 2020 - but funding for it was cut by the Coalition Government in the Spending Review. Embrace has teamed up with Greenpeace and other campaigning organisations, as well as the band British Sea Power, to fight to keep this green industry afloat.

Great to See British Sea Power waving their flags on such a worthy and important issue. Let's hope the bands continued sucess & increasing fanbase will divert more folks attention to Embrace and the good work they are doing. Best of luck to them in the future.
