It's not a prize draw - the lego turbine will go to the person who sends in the best logo for geothermal power. Please see the details in my comment below.
Can you design a logo to represent geothermal energy for our renewables map?
The prize will be something you can’t get in the shops – a Lego wind turbine from Vestas. Only a limited number of these have ever been made, and they’re very popular amongst younger wind power enthusiasts – and a few older ones as well!
Every entrant will get an Embrace badge. We're planning to have pin badges for every renewable technology to help people show their support, and the winner will also get a box of the badges they've designed.
To give you an idea of what we're after, here are the logos we have so far:
From the top left: Hydro, biomass, wave & tidal, wind & solar
The winning entry will be judged on its effectiveness as a map icon, its effectiveness as a pin badge, and its accessibility - how easy it is to understand what it represents.
